Monitoring operations of technical systems (Alarm and Security Systems, CCTV Systems, Fire Alarms, GPS Systems, etc.) and monitoring of their signals is carried out 24/7 at a monitoring center with national coverage and enables customers to be informed of different types of events by real-time systems only when urgent and without being constantly involved in the process.
SECURITY ALLIANCE and its National Alarm and CCTV Monitoring Center is of the latest technological generation. This guarantees the ability to receive, process, archive and respond to all types of signals from all types of notification, surveillance, control and security systems and more.
All incoming alerts, from all sites and systems are received in duplicate at a minimum of two independent monitoring centers. In our National Alarm and CCTV Monitoring Center and in the Local Monitoring Center of our particular partner in the specific city in the country. For sites requiring the highest security class, the signals can be monitored in three places (in three independent monitoring centers) and on several communication channels, simultaneously, through: a multi-frequency radio transmitter, GPRS communicator, LAN, digital telephone communicator.
In case the client does not want to be disturbed by an operator on duty for each alert or prefers to set a priority for notifications, the system provides an additional opportunity for SMS notifications in case of a specific event.
